Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that can cause systemic complications in the form of diabetic ulcers. One measures to prevent severity ulcers through non-invasive measures, namely ABI (Ankle Brachial Index) examination. The condition and development this affect one spiritual level indicators. purpose study was determine whether there relationship between care diabetes patients with changes Ancle Index value. sample 44 people cases who had ulcer complications. type research quantitative. correlative analysis. results characteristics Russian respondents were 54.3 years. majority female, as many 30 (68.2%), secondary education level, 19 (43.2%), long-suffering from moderate DM 32 (72.7%) spirituality 27 (61 .4%), mild 22 (50.%). obtained chi-square test are p-value = 0.010, which means <0.05 so Ho rejected Ha accepted. So it be concluded significant value Spiritual 2 sufferers.
